The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled that Israel’s continued presence in the occupied Palestinian territories is illegal and that it should come to an end “as rapidly as possible”.

(In effect) they were accused of trespassing while standing somewhere they shouldn't be. It's now gone through courts and legally convicted of trespassing.
Its the whole reason we have courts
We should not have needed the ICJ to rule on this. We have the sovereignty to act without them.
Unfortunately we also have the sovereignty to ignore the ICJ.
