My BackMarket account literally vanished
I successfully received my order but when i try to log it ask me to create a account, im sure i've used the correct email. I've used a credit card and i kept the packaging. What can i do ?
Edit : i know this may sound stupid but im not the kind of person to forgot a email.
Note: I have no idea what platform is this.
Try recovering the password. The mail you've registered should have some mail sent about your registration or your purchase.
I have not received any confirmation email
