I'm excited but how are they going to adapt that story? (Spoilers)

Look I'm excited, but one of my favourite things of HZD was the slow burn realisation of just how they "saved" life on Earth. But it's kind of heavy for a game that kids are expected to play. Omnicide is hardly family friendly but how do you change that part of the plot?

Pretty sure they'll just keep it to "hunt robot dinosaurs".

The really heavy stuff didn't land until the 2nd game.

Didn't get to second one yet so can't compare but man the backstory in first one was pretty heavy. And my favorite part.

"combined with a new, lighter story" so they're obviously changing stuff but I mean, what do they put in it's place? Or do they just ignore it?

I get the feeling this will be more "lego game" than "horizon game". I mean in the trailer Aloy doesn't really act like Aloy, she acts like a teenager that knows what tiktok is.
