Yeah, but it's all kind of ridiculous, just get a standing desk and never worry about it again

If you have a standing desk, do yourself a favor and get a nice comfy pad to stand on. It makes a WORLD of difference over time.

I mean, the monitor in the yes pic is outside of the viewing angle! Top of monitor should be aligned eye level.
