In America it was just called "Toasted Almond Bar" , and is no longer made by Good Humor. See, we only eat sweets that pay homage to other brand name sweets. So you take Oreo crumbs off the floor of the assembly line and paste them on the outside of a popcicle and call it a win-win.
Strange, the Nogger has no nuts, or whatever it is, on it in Sweden. Otherwise similar.
They did however launch a licorice version called Nogger Black a decade or so ago, that one seems to have crossed the line

They do a plant based version that is still delicious and doesn't upset lactose intollerent people.
