Macedonia is an amazing place to visit. I met some of the best people there, and some just ok people. I ordered my steak rare in Skopje and the waiter made sure that I was sure that is how I wanted it cooked and I confirmed. We are at dinner with my Macedonian ex's friends and spouses. It comes out pretty much alive. Like maybe they walked it by a candle to heat it up. To save face, I ate every single oz of that steak. Hell of a place if you come from a dollar based country to visit, you are flush with cash and it is fun to spend.
