It's one of those movies that leaves you giggling, or scratching your head in confusion.

Hardware Wars (1978)
Holy shit, I remember seeing this in like 1989 on VHS at a friend's house. Forgotten memory, but seeing this image immediately brought it back wow!
I'm a huge fan of the movie and the creator (if my profile pic wasn't already evidence).

So jelly about the soundtrack! I had a VHS - but it's long gone. (I did shoot the machine that chewed it up, don't worry!)
there were rumors that he had problems with publishers when trying to put out a DVD version that he gave up and would give out digital rips of the LaserDisc version …
There's somebody very menacing about that outfit with that smile.
