Any day now. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great news, but I feel like I’ve been seeing a variation of this headline for the last three years.
What you've been hearing is that they're considering rescheduling it. They literally just finished doing that like a month ago. Now comes the doing it part.

There is a "public comment period" that can last up to 60 days.
So at the latest by the end of the summer. Biden obviously wants to get this done before the election, as he should, because it'll help him.
