mother's day tomorrow ;wondering if it's possible to make the dessert in advance because it's easier when they're out of the house so it's a secret. thanks!

Homemade frangipane can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 8 weeks.
Usually it's fine, you just need to heat it again for a few minutes before eating it.
