I've seen a couple of headlines about how Islington Council is planning an open bus victory route for us if we win the PL. And of course, it's being interpreted in those articles as "Arsenal are arrogant and sure they will win the title". That sentiment is purely to stir up outage and clicks. Some of these 'journos' are so pathetically predictable.
Of course they are planning for it! That doesn't mean anyone thinks it's inevitable. And it's not arrogance. It's just common sense, plain and simple. Merseyside Council and Manchester Council (or the councils wherever the other try are located) are probably doing the same thing right now.
Because if a team in your area has a chance of winning the title at this point in the season, you as a council don't want to be caught flat-footed if they do it. It's simple logistics and planning 101.

Just watched "The End of Time". I honestly don't know how Tennant will get beaten in rankings, possibly ever, lol.
He was a tough one to beat. In my opinion, almost everything was on point during his run of the doctor. If I had to choose a point when it peaked it would probably be maybe his last 1 or 2 seasons. Matt Smith is still really good, i think the production value is probably a bit better, feels a little grittier and there are great stories and story arcs, but (and I will preface this is how I felt) the show doesn't get any better after Smith, but eventually starts to dip.

I just watched the new episode, Ncuti definitely making the role his own. And Ruby Sunday might just be a fan favorite companion. It was a fun one.
