Which Feddit instance is the oldest?

feddit.uk was registered last June, just like feddit.nl. Feddit.de was changed in August 2021. Unless the domains were transferred, feddit.de is the oldest
Concerning feddit.nl, I can confirm it was set up at the beginning of June. Since it's my instance 😅
I have to ask: why so many European country specific feddit instances?
Why not? To discuss stuff in the local language and discuss local news obviously. A local instance makes sense for that. Also allows you to place the server close by the country so that you get low latency.
Why ? Don't you geddit ? :) (Guess cause languages and dialects)
We have more cultures, languages, and national identities clustered in Europe than anywhere else in the world. Naturally people want an instance for their own.
Oh, right, I misread the registration date, plus you obviously know more about it than me 😅
Feddit.dk started in April last year so slightly before most of the others, though feddit.de takes the crown.
