It's just broken down in such a way that it's impossible to distinguish the waspy bits from the figgy bits. Like when you eat nachos. Eventually, some part of you will be made of nachos, but it would be impossible to tell those parts apart from another other parts.
Doctors estimate that I am approximately 8% nachos by now, but you're right, we have a devil of a time distinguishing the nachos from all the non-nacho stuff that keeps me alive like blood and oxygen and Krokodil
