I reckon I got lucky with mine. I had a chat with the dealer and they put me on a waiting list. Next day I get a call saying they had a used one just come in with only 4500km. Got them to chuck on a quick shifter and Bluetooth and paid the same price as a stock bike brand new.
Can't say I've ridden an SV650. Its my first inline triple and compared to my previous bikes (MT07 and Hyosung GT650) its smoothness in how the power is delivered is amazing. It felt way more "refined" than the MT07 but less punchy.

How does this compare to the SV650? I loved that thing when I did a demo ride on it.
