Implicitly calling all conservatives (you can never extrapolate anything besides the thing that binds them to a large group) either teenagers or ephebophiles (it's not clear which, although I suppose teenagers are usually ephebophiles anyway), is obviously untrue, and also wouldn't be an insult if it was, since ageism doesn't make good insults, and neither is calling someone an ephebophile, since it means nothing as long as they don't act on any illegal impulses.
