Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson.

Jefferson was openly not. The other two were "no affiliation".

John has a point and all, but let's not forget these fine gentlemen, and try not to group them in with the fairy tale believers.

Fair enough about the other two, but Andrew Johnson was no fine gentleman. He was kind of an asshole and/or coward..

Valid point. But at least he was an asshole who thought for himself instead of attempting to force the will of his imaginary sky daddy.
