But it isn't inconsistent with itself, it is inconsistent with the silly adjective that they chose for themselves. They aren't anti-abortion because they want to protect all lives, they are anti-abortion because it's a way to exert control, specially over poor people. Which is the same reason behind all the other points in the tweet.

I just checked, and yes it is a real tweet from an "Award-winning investigative journalist, author, TV analyst in Washington, DC" with 91k twitter followers. Not pictured here but captured on the wayback machine is that the OP was among the replies.
