That was quite a test.

Mikel giving Aaron a huge huge hug at the end means everything. It's like your son fucked up a bit in life, but everyone picked him back up. Great saves in the second half.

And my god we really did unlock Kai huh?

As he and any everyone should. He made a mistake, we grieved, and he still stepped up in the 2nd half.

Credit to him and his character. But, I'd expect nothing less from him.

Yeah that was what was always so risky about him...either he was indecisive or he zoned out (which he said he has) or he was too cheeky.

That was a tetchy tense affair but we did what hopeful future champions do - weathered the storm and persevered!

UP THE GUNNERS

I was thinking this too. Being resilient when the game has swung the other way. Very much needed in a title race this tight

Agreed! After we scored my old man said as long as Rammers doesn't do anything stupid.

I had to point out he was pretty on point for most, if not all, of the 2nd half.

Yeah I wouldn't want him. His attitude didn't seem to fit our crop

I've learned never to listen to those rumblings early on just until deadline day...usually with the exception of the Rice saga they are all hot air

I hope not. He's a very good player, but we can do better. Especially for the price they are asking.

Kai Havertz scores again! 🎵

I'm away for the weekend, so the points difference will be delayed by a day or two.

But we're +2 on points, +10 on goals :)
