Good lord. It's been 9 years since Community ended. The study group is going to look like Pierce pretty soon.
That script won't be done until after shooting starts if we take the show as precedent.

I love Community, but just make new things. Sequels or reboots with this amount of distance rarely hit.

Nine years ago when the show ended, yeah. But time marches on for all of us who aren't Inspector Spacetime and Constable Reggie. In fact, writing a script doesn't even mean it will get optioned or that the actors will be available.
