Thanks to resident 311 reports and reports from our staff, our crew has been working on Ellicott Drive, where we found large piles of dumped garbage. It took quite some time to clean it all up.
A reminder: Maryland litter control laws have a penalty of up to $30,000 fine with a possible 5 years in prison.

Just a suggestion to Baltimore: a “before” picture along with the “after” picture can make for a stronger demonstration.
