Enshittification for profit
Prob just drop my subscription then. Not nearly enough new content to warrant it. I'll find a way to watch what I want, I'm sure.
Might be a good idea to take up sailing or something...
Closing the Funimation service is totally understandable and I would make the same business decision. There is no point in owning two different services that do the same thing. That price hike though. That is BRUTAL. The catalog isn't nearly large enough and the quality of the streaming service and subtitles aren't remotely good enough to warrant that price.
and, im guessing, dropping streaming quality again?
All I’m hearing is ☠️🏴☠️
Imagine paying... (Before any debat arise, I mean in this context. I have no problem paying when it's fair.)
The separation of shows I wanted to watch is why I stopped paying for Crunchyroll initially. Since then I've realized how much the Crunchyroll player and service as a whole sucks. I'll continue to roleplay like I'm in one piece 🏴☠️
Soooo… does anyone have a torrent of a complete and unabridged copy of that library?
Would be interested in lending my assistance in seeding for those who have just lost everything they have paid for.
I heard Nyaa.si is nice this time of year...
Shame, but Im not paying that
So are they gonna finish moving titles over? There are still things that I can’t find on CR that are on Funi. Serial Experiments Lain is a good example. Not to mention uncut titles vs broadcast.
