Does wefwef work better on your mobile browser than on the downloaded version for anyone?

I have read that downloading wefwef to your phone is a more stable user experience than on the browser version.

The main problem I am experiencing on the downloaded version is glitchy scrolling and slow loading of posts. On Firefox for Android everything seems fine. Has anyone else experienced this, or can someone explain why this may be?

Thanks!

The "installed" version is fine for me - on iOS though

Try installing it from Chrome too see if it makes any difference.

Does that make a difference? Apple doesn't allow alternative browser engines, so all iOS browsers are actually Safari in different clothes.

I don't actually know if a home shortcut will still launch Safari, or the browser that made the shortcut.

Good idea, I didn't think about installing from another browser to change the native version's experience.

Edit: Installing it from Chrome worked! The icon actually shows the wefwef icon now too, which the Firefox app did not. Thank you!

The downloaded version works great for me and I am not experiencing any of the issues you stated. Are you keeping it updated? They had a slew of updates recently.

I checked, and both the browser and local ones are the same version. Maybe future versions will fix the problem. Thanks for your help!

Latest version is 0.15.1. Beyond this I am at a loss. Hopefully someone else with more know-how on the subject can chime in.
