Yeah but the dev who made the fan game said that in Valve's takedown notice they cited concerns regarding litigation from Nintendo as their reason for the takedown.
Yes but the difference is that that game was going to be released for the N64 using valve’s IP, this is just made to look like an N64 game by the people who own the IP.
And you really think Nintendo had nothing to do with that?
