The state I currently live, Louisiana, and it seems like blinkers at all is a premium package upgrade. Hell, half the time cops don't even use them around here. The only vehicle I can reliably see use them are out of state 18 wheelers.

He had a Mercedes. Not only was he drinking beer while driving, he refused to use his indicators/blinkers

Us BMW drivers do use indicators, they’re just at a wavelength that poor people can’t see.

In my experience Audi drivers are the worst. Whenever I see an idiot on the road there's always an Audi driver trying to out-idiot them right behind.

I actually did that when I was a kid trying to understand those mysterious car sticks my dad slapped with incredible confidence while driving.

It is kind of confusing how you press down to signal left and up to signal right
It aligns with the way you turn the wheel, so it's not confusing at all.
Maybe for five seconds if you don't know the concept of an indicator
