Can I disable page refresh?
I’m just using safari on IOS, though I notice this of Firefox on desktop too.
Lemmy UI appears to try to refresh the feed, or the comments under a post, it reloads the page, which then scrolls back to the top of the page.
Then I have to scroll past everything I just read, to get back to where I was before the auto refresh.
Can I disable this behavior?

It has been removed in UI version >= 0.18. Check the version used by your instance (footer of the page).
