Has anyone tried the weber unifilter?

Basically the title.

I remember them being extortionately expensive when they came out, but was surprised that they're "only" $80 with a puck screen, which seems fairly reasonable.

Just curious if people have tried it and whether it's worth it.

From my research, a VST + paper filter gets you 90% of the way there, so that's what I use. I enjoy my shots quite a lot, and I typically pull turbos.

Are pre cut filters available to buy, or do you need to cut them yourself? I feel like an aeropress filter might be about the right size, but don't own one so hard to say

Aeropress is just a few mm too big. I cut from chemex filters with a hole punch, suits me just fine.

That's the unifilter. The one where the basket and portafilter are all one single piece. They then released just the basket which can fit in any portafilter.

I did get the price wrong though. It's $85
