Ambitious beginnings

Anyone else plan out the whole base super early or you just build organically? I can't sleep until I know where everyone room is going to go.

My first time playing 275x275, always played 325+ with large pops but tired of the late game slideshow ruining my save.

That's my style, infestations are just a buffet :)

Also not used to building out in the open, I'm a cave dweller🐜

I do a mix of both. I have some standardized setups that I use for thing like kitchen/ butcher/ freezer that I plan out pretty quickly, and then I adapt based on the terrain and my needs.

You've set up your killbox quite early. Seems to be a pretty safe start! Good luck :)

Same, omg. I can't unpause until I'm done. In my current save, I left a bit of empty space because I've never planned for a specific mod's content and I'm not sure how much room it will need, and it's driving me crazy.

I tell myself I'm going to build organically then do this anyway. Always end up with squares, but it works.

You reached the end
