I think that would have to be done by the Parliament.

The discussion was initiated several hundreds years ago and is still going. Approximately 80% of the population are in favour of keeping the monarchy in its current form.

She's not in charge of that. Denmark has a parliament, and the Danish people do not want to abolish the monarchy. In fact, the Danish royals are very popular in Denmark and abroad.
