What do you call these? (Gold connectors)

I work for an electronics recycler and test equipment that comes through to see if its upcycle worthy. I'm a general electronics nerd but don't know much about audio equipment. I ran across these a few months ago and love them. But I tried looking for some for myself and realized I don't know what they actually called.

Thanks everyone. I started to ask on Reddit, but decided not to be a scab.

Offtopic, but thanks for the work you do. I was at a ewaste place last night looking for parts to upcycle some computer equipment & a printer currently on my workbench.

Wired and wireless are both comfortable in their respective roles. I use both knowing the pros and cons of each, and with that, I'm pretty happy with the marriage.

I only use cables plated with platinum and shielded with baby seal leather. You can really tell the difference in audio quality. Much better than my old soldered wire hanger cable.

Who makes a receiver they isn't locked down in some way that's wireless that isn't also ass. Must do at least 150 watts a channel. Not pro level equipment?
