Hobbies are healthy addictions! They can touch many facets of your life or you can pick them up in very limited situations, it all depends on you ^_^ I crochet on a regular basis and sell blankets, but even when I can't manage to sell I crochet to keep myself entertained, give my ADHD brain extra things to focus on, and it's a great productive time eater!

Cooking/baking is a great coping skill/hobby because you can actually get quite creative! Basically anything creative and productive is okay to addictive to especially if you have a few of them so you never go overboard on any one. The more you have the more balance you can maintain and not end up $$$$ in debt buying stuff for it or anything.

Nothing wrong with positive addictions, it's just finding the ones that actually work for you and making sure it doesn't really end up with any lasting negative side effects.
