Switched to winter time yesterday, this needs to end

Its rubbish and we should just stay in summertime. Yet another daylight hour stolen in the evening.

I'm not particularly bothered which timezone we stay in, just pick one.

daylight savings time is effed up, I don't understand why it's there, but it makes so many things just harder than they should.

Especially coding 💀 DST needs a whole extra dependency which I don't understand since my country doesn't have DST.
