Upper left: I don't know what it is called but those are on chargers to keep them from interfering and being interfered with by radio waves and other electronic signals ((think like why you can't have cell phones on a plane or around certain high tech hospital equipment.
Upper right: this is the simplest one to answer. Rivets on Jeans are there to help keep them from fraying and coming apart. They tend to be on the front more than the back due to more consistent usage making stitches like on the back of your jeans difficult to hold onto without breaking apart.
Lower left: It keeps your feet dry and cool without issue much like the tiny holes on your sneakers do. They just have to be bigger and reinforced due to how converse shoes are set up.
