My only question is: how would they tell a time traveler from someone who is just lucky, as long as it's been around the law of averages would state there's gotta be at least a handful of normal people who got the numbers right by chance
More importantly, if it eventually got out that a time traveller has indeed been caught because of this. Future time travelers may no longer show up for lotteries.

But if the same person consistently wins every lottery, there's got to be something suspicious going on.
