Oof, that's disgusting. I wonder if the government collects from places like these. I had a landlord in Bangalore who told me I could toss my trash at the side of the road - cause I'd leave for work before the truck would come, and they pick it up from there anyway.

Similar story in my neighbourhood in Hyderabad. I go out of my way to make sure I don’t liter and neither does anyone I know. But the real pain in the ass is finding a dustbin especially in tier 2 and 3 cities. Fr dude it’s almost like they want everyone to dirty the place.
