How do you deal with detachment?

Some people can do it so effortlessly. They just leave without looking back. Not me though, Im clingy as fuck. How do you deal with it

Ikr? Sometimes detachments can be a good thing. No point clinging on to someone if they make you miserable now is there? Stockholm syndrome is a huge factor in toxic relationships and domestic abuse cases.
