They were incorporated in DE and registered in CA. While they're probably just thinking that it'll resume on/after the 14th, they never cared about the users and founders like Aaron Schwartz and the former female interim CEO Ellen Pao. A bad IPO may cause them to restructure or have another investment company take it over.

Let's just hope that IPO never goes through. And even if it does, the price crashes into oblivion.

It's highly probable that subreddits will continue to remain private. What's there to lose for them, users can continue doing other stuff. Reddit on the other hand is probably losing millions every day.

I would much rather have the current overlords handle shit than elon fucking musk. Also a almost 20 year old company with a valuation of only 10B is a far cry from the 3 figure valuations of the competition lmao
