I don’t understand why this is always one of the first requests on these newer sites, as if a plethora of existing sites can’t already cater to every horny need imaginable.

There’s not really any other aggregator like Reddit- its value is in the diversity of submissions, and the idea of cross posting leading to new interests. Porn and sex industries have always been the early adopters of new tech.
