Who is used to afternoon naps too much?
I used to work remotely before. I made this very addictive habit of sleeping from 2 to 3:30pm. Now we are required to work from the office every day. I don't know why but the sleep at 2 just felt far more superior than any sleep at night.
Coffee and red bull is making this crash even worse. Any advice?

Just get your night time sleep schedule proper bro. Everything else will return to normal. Taking a short power nap is good, like max 20 mins. You'll feel very fresh. 1.5 hours is a bit too long imo.
