Who is used to afternoon naps too much?

I used to work remotely before. I made this very addictive habit of sleeping from 2 to 3:30pm. Now we are required to work from the office every day. I don't know why but the sleep at 2 just felt far more superior than any sleep at night.

Coffee and red bull is making this crash even worse. Any advice?

Try having coffee 90 minutes after you wake up. This has helped me with my caffeine crash. Also pushups or a quick jog wakes me right up.
