I've had it with work these days, so many of my colleagues constantly keep gossiping about everyone and their neighbours behind their backs.

What's more frustrating is how there's plenty of people to support them. No one calls out such faltu behaviour AT ALL

How do you guys deal with such behaviour it's very cheap these people should get a life
