By far the biggest one for me is the ability to buy most medications without a prescription. Just say the brand name and 9/10 times the pharmacy will just give you what you need 😂.

Even buying an antibiotic is a pain in first world countries, not to mention to stupid expensive fees involved in a doctor's visit. That's another huge benefit of being here actually
