I think if you tap anywhere besides the text input area the keyboard dismisses.
Yeah it did but not in the text box. But other hit points to remove the keyboard are quite small. Would be better if the keyboard at the top displayed an arrow to remove it like in other apps.

I was day before yesterday years old when I learnt that these evm machines just automated the ballot dropping. I actually used to think everything happened online and these evms were secure machines which did that. Naive me.
