Please, do not provoke them (with water, or fire, or try to hit them), because they will see that as an act of aggression and they will start running for their life, or worse they will stand their ground and defend themselves with whatever they got (such as a scorpion or a vesp stinging).

Instead, remain calm, and approach them slowly & calmly. Pick a bowl or smth and put it on top of them. Paper below and take them out. Release them outside on some plant or tree. If they start moving when you start approaching them step back to let them know you are not a threat. Insects are just scared little animals that are trying to survive and live their lives.

Of course they get scared when they see a 180 cm tall creature approaching them with 2 long appendages that end on 5 claws. Wouldn't you be scared?
