It is predicted to be a heavy rainfall today bro. Like heavier than normal, don't know if it'll be a storm.

Considering the term 'Goan' and IST they are potentially referring to Goan, India.

A quick check of the report for the wearher state there is a severe flooding chance for the next few days due to extreme thunder storms.
