I find it interesting they labeled it like that. Why not just have mandatory gratuity or something?

I'm also curious about the water donation. This looks like a place that takes itself way too seriously and the food probably isn't even that good.

Kinda same.

It feels like it's either a place that takes itself too seriously with shitty food OR it's a decent place where you can "donate water" to be picked up by someone later, a la a "pay it forward" sort of thing where someone can ask if water has been donated and they can get a bottle of water for free that some stranger bought for them.

I dont see much of a grey area with it.
