Transferring from desktop to mobile

It looks like when you join clans on desktop and even interact with them, that info does not transfer to the mobile app. I joined a few clans and engaged with posts but there wasn’t any evidence of that on the mobile app (i.e. i’m not joined to any of those clans on mobile app).
