Naruto Ending ruined fun for me

As title says, Naruto literally spoiled my fun with the End, it suddenly from Ninjas became fight with aliens and gods

Hope One Piece continues the same way, lately manga is going crazy

Wait the ending had aliens and shit? I didnt make it that far and by the sounds of it im glad. I love long running shows but when they start to reach for viewership it gets ruined.

I would say spoiler alert but honestly you're not missing anything. Stop watching once madara whoops everyone. That's a better ending than what actually happened.

My kids found the original series on some streaming service, i believe netflix and have hooked me back into watching. Im sure thatll be followed with shippuden. Ill just check out when it hits that point lol.

It wasn't as bad as people say it was imho. The only thing that I didn't like it was because it came out of nowhere. Usually there's always some setup and buildup to a major plot developement. Like for instance when it was revealed that sasuke wasnt who everyone thought he was. There was plenty of buildup for that plot twist. Meanwhile this ending felt relatively shabby in comparison.

I remember not minding it much back then. I was actually kinda happy boruto was happening, but once I saw the dumpsterfire that boruto was I realised how we got scammed at the end of naruto.

Koshimoto actually never intended for Naruto to have a sequel. Only to accomodate the borotu storyline did he add the otsustsuki aliens.

I think it was a good conclusion, as it was a one off climax, but yeah very different from the ninja stuff, one piece is just straight up great from beginning to end for now, i trust they are not gonna ruin it.
