Essentially it was know that the bridge was gonna collapse any minute. There were several warning signs such as swaying from side to side. Not like it’s the first time it’s happened in this state. The last time was fairly recent. Just another victim of corruption.

Tbh the wave looks rather small in the video considering the megastructure that caused it in the first place
