Dogs are very smart.They grasp many things.I have experience of my own pet a Labrador,who is intelligent and comprehend everything.

Depends what's on for my dog he ignores the screen 95% of the time. won't even see it. put on something that involves bears or otters and he goes crazy, jumping up at the screen, barking etc.
