Not that I am aware of, I think p2pool might be too heavy to run on a phone, especially mini since it has a large amount of miners on the side-chain.

I like the idea however all the addresses would need to be in the p2pool PPLNS window to qualify for a win. This would require multiple instances of p2pool running which is too heavy for most systems.

There is a vanity address generator software. You let it run for a long time and it will find some.
