Just put down a bunch of manure few weeks ago and these bug’s appeared and are all over the place outside my lawn. What are they?

So i just ordered a Reolink RLN8-410 along with 5 wifi cameras and a doorbell. Is it still necessary to get or use alarm system? I have the ring 1st generation alarm and just noticed that although i pay 10$ i no longer have home monitoring and starting april 1st they are raising price to 20$
